At Zameel Optical, your visual comfort and total satisfaction are our highest priorities. We want you to be completely confident in every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our flexible Return Policy outlines how you can initiate a return, exchange, or refund easily.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Under our standard Return Policy, customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all protective tags attached.
Frames and sunglasses must show zero signs of wear, scratches, or external damage.
Contact lens boxes must remain unopened, sealed, and undamaged.
2. Custom Prescription Lenses
Because prescription glasses are custom-crafted specifically for your vision parameters, custom ophthalmic lenses are non-refundable once cutting and edging have commenced. However, if you experience visual discomfort or a prescription adaptation issue, we offer a one-time lens adjustment or remake within 30 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple and straightforward:
Contact Customer Care: Send an email to info@opticaluae.shop with your order number and the reason for your request.
Pack Your Items: Securely box the unused products along with your original purchase invoice and return slip.
Ship Your Package: Follow our instructions to send your return package to our fulfillment center.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
Once our quality assurance team receives and inspects your returned shipment, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or processing error covered by our Return Policy.
